PulseX operates an SMS messaging program that sends service-related text messages to pest control business owners and operators who have explicitly opted in to receive communications. Messages are directly related to the services requested and include:
• Appointment confirmations and scheduling reminders
• Missed call follow-up and lead capture notifications
• Service review requests
• Customer support and account-related communications
• Important service updates and operational notifications
You will only receive SMS messages from PulseX if you have provided explicit, informed consent. Consent to receive text messages is collected through the following method:
Verbal Consent via Phone: During a phone conversation with a PulseX representative, you are informed that PulseX communicates via text message. You are asked for explicit permission to send text messages to your mobile number. Your verbal agreement is recorded and documented as your opt-in consent. No messages are sent without your express verbal authorization.
By providing your consent, you agree to receive text messages from PulseX at the mobile number you provided. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase or service, and you may opt out at any time.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from PulseX.
To rejoin: Contact us directly at 832-843-9926 or [email protected] to re-opt in, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you upon receiving your new consent.

Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all other participating carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service interactions and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS messaging program.

Important: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is kept strictly confidential.
PulseX complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Short Code Monitoring Handbook and Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from PulseX.
